First Flight Aero Restro — Aeroplane themed restaurant where retired aircraft’s are convert into a aero restro.

We are Jharkhand based company and having our corporate office in Bangalore, It’s been 2years since the company has started its operations.

We are basically into manufacturings of aeroplane themed restaurant. We have retired aircraft’s which we convert into a aero restro.

What we offer :

1) Franchise : We give out franchise in which entire aircraft setup is done by us along with the management part is also taken care by us, and in return we take 6% of royalty on the total sales and franchise fee of 10 lakhs for 5 years which willl be non refundable

2) Individual: If your not willing to go with franchise model or you want it for yourself or want your brand name in that in that case we can provide you only the aircraft with entire setup and rest of the things like man power and landscaping can be done by you itself according to your preference .

Investment Plan:

Our investment depends on the model of aircraft’s and its sitting capacity starting from 1.50 Crores upto 3.50 Crores

1) Aircraft with sitting capacity of 35-45paxs will be costing you ₹1.50 Crores with includes the aircraft, interiors, painting, lighting and AC (Land required is around 30,000 sqft)

2) Aircraft with sitting capacity of 100-120paxs will be costing ₹3.50 Crores which includes the aircraft, interiors, painting, lighting, AC and aero bridge, basic reception and kitchen setup(without kitchen equipment) land required is around 45,000 sq ft

What we need from you :

1) Land with boundary along with the electrical,water,fire safety connections

2)Investment From your end

3)GST 18%

4) Transportation Charges will be paid by you .
